“I gotta have a cigarette!” – A study on the brainwashing media propaganda and behavior rituals engrained in the brains of smokers

Do we need to come dig you up out of your grave to get your attention? Will you be in a cold room getting “drip” chemotherapy in your veins to stave off the cancer, or will your lungs suffocate first in a thick black sticky mess of tar mixed with pesticide?

It’s not enough to be scared about dying – too many smokers, they just don’t care anymore, they “gotta have” their cigarettes. Step into the smoker’s world–and you can’t just “step out” when you want to these days, but StopSmoking.News has the inside knowledge on all the scams, the hoaxes, the century of doctors lying, the insidiously crafted and scripted propaganda, plus, a natural way to quit cigarettes before you do end up on a hospital bed that’s laden with superbugs, the viruses and bacteria that’s immune to the viral strains you got in your flu shot, your measles shot, or your swine flu nightmare inoculation during that mind-bending medical hoax a few years back.

This smoking affliction you or a loved one has is a result of a habit, not an addiction.

Learn about the psychosocial element of smoking right now and you can learn exactly how to quit the HABIT.

“Smoking mind over smoking matter: Surprising new study shows cigarette cravings result from habit, not addiction”

“The intensity of cravings for cigarettes has more to do with the psychosocial element of smoking than with the physiological effects of nicotine as an addictive chemical, according to a new study by an Israeli scientist. He hopes this research will help clinicians and health authorities develop more successful smoking cessation programs than those utilizing expensive nicotine patches or gum.”

The Psychosocial Element and the Study of Behavior

Cigarette addiction involves powerful motivation to smoke while undermining your motivation not to indulge. What are the mental processes at play here. Let’s examine. What are your cues to smoke? Do they automatically trigger the urge? Chronic nicotine use changes functions in the brain and create what scientists are calling “nicotine hunger” that involves unpleasant mood symptoms when central nervous system concentrations are depleted–hence–the NEED to smoke. If you believe something relieves stress, and you do it over and over and over, it does. What will be the smoker’s replacement for stress relief during the ultimate first two weeks, or 14 days, of quitting nicotine. The physical addiction ENDS IN 3 TO 4 DAYS, so now to the behavior modification and mental un-brainwashing.

Smoking is a mental addiction after the first 4 days of quitting

Face it. Look it in the mirror, in the eyes. It’s you and your brain is brain-washed. How will you un-wash it? Remove the fear, the doubt, the sinister plot Big Tobacco has dragged you into, like an undertow at the shoreline during a storm at sea. You stepped in and it dragged you out, way, far out, into the ocean of fear and doubt and artificial stimulation. What now? You’re “used to the feeling” you get from a cigarette. Right? What if you knew about a legume, a natural supplement that made you feel the same way–would you eat it daily so you didn’t have to smoke? Common sense says you would. Just a little bit of information goes a long way these days. When the mental state kicks in and tells you that you need a smoke, the supplemental phase kicks in and you eat some natural legume called mucuna–bye bye artificial and irrational mood swings!

Mucuna, also known as Velvet Bean, is capturing the interest of thousands of smokers who have the desire and the will to quit cigarettes, but can’t handle the first couple of weeks of rollercoaster-like mood swings and basic withdrawal symptoms. The L-Dopa content of the unprocessed Mucuna bean powder is so powerful that doctors are also using it help Parkinson’s patients restore mental clarity, and as a mood elevator. A new study reveals

Mucuna just might be that “missing rung” in the ladder that leads to great health for thousands more soon-to-be ex-smokers.

The Mucuna extract contains a significant amount of naturally occurring L-dopa, an amino acid which converts into dopamine. Most commonly sold in powder form, this “herbal” remedy can be found all over the internet, and the 60 percent concentration can be found in vegetarian capsules that are high quality. This wondrous Ayervetic Indian herb is known by many names, including sea beans, buffalo beans, Dopabean, Pruriens, Cowitch, Kapikachu and Atmagupta. The main medicinal benefits come from the seeds, but the pod and the roots can also be used.

The velvety beans are actually drift seeds, meaning they can float away on ocean currents and re-plant themselves all over the world.

Research shows L-Dopa provides a wide variety of health benefits. All non-smokers should peruse these benefits as well:

• Regeneration of organs (heart, kidneys, liver, lungs)

• Dramatically strengthen immune system

• Improved sleep

• Reduced body fat and cellulite

• Improved skin appearance

• Increased mood and sense of well being

• Increased bone density (very necessary after toxin overload from cigarettes)
